Information Use (Purpose)

CIGI uses the personal information collected for third-party behavioural advertising, for remarketing, to customize the CIGI websites based on your preferences as determined through prior use, and to provide event or newsletter services you have consented to receive. Personal information collected for a specific purpose will only be used and retained for as long as necessary to fulfill that purpose. CIGI will not rent, sell or trade any of your personal information, and will only share your personal information with a third party in the limited situations detailed in this privacy notice. Remarketing

CIGI uses remarketing to target our online advertising. When you submit a contact or general inquiry form to CIGI through our websites, we collect personal information such as name, company name and email address, so that we can properly respond to your request. Information submitted through general inquiry forms will be used only to respond to the inquiry or to fulfill requests submitted as part of the inquiry. This information will not be added to a general contact list or shared with a third party.

Disposal of Personal Information

Information that is no longer required will be disposed of in a secure manner to ensure there is no breach of privacy during the process.
