Wendy K. Dobson is a professor and co-director of the Institute for International Business at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

She is former associate deputy minister of finance in Canada and has served as independent director of a number of companies. She currently chairs the Pacific Trade and Development research network.

Her latest books are Human Capital and Economic Growth in the Asia-Pacific Region (editor); Financial Market Development in the Asia-Pacific (co-editor with Edward K. Y.
