Stephen Maher is a Harvard Nieman Fellow and a recipient of the Michener Award for meritorious public service journalism, the National Newspaper Award, two Canadian Association of Journalism Awards and a Canadian Hillman Prize. His third novel, Social Misconduct, was published in 2019 by Simon & Schuster. He is a contributing editor at Maclean’s.
