Bio
Stefan Heumann is director of the European Digital Agenda program at snv. He is a member of the Freedom Online Coalition Working Group 3 on Privacy and Transparency Online.
Before joining snv, he coordinated the Public Affairs department of the US Consulate General in Hamburg, and taught political science as assistant professor at the University of Northern Colorado. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
