Bio
In addition to his role as chair of Global Peace Centre Canada, Dr. Arya is a physician in Kitchener, professor at McMaster University and University of Waterloo, serves as president of the Canadian Physicians for Research and Education in Peace and chair of the Ontario College for Family Physicians Environmental Health Committee. In 2011 he received an honorary D. Litt. from Wilfrid Laurier University and the mid-Career Award in International Health from the American Public Health Association.
