Bio
Mona Pinchis-Paulsen is a senior fellow at the California International Law Center at the UC Davis School of Law. She is a Canadian lawyer (qualified in 2007) and holds a Ph.D. in international economic law from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London and an LL.M. in international law from the George Washington University Law School. Her research focuses on international arbitration, international trade and international investment law. She is an assistant to the editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement.
