Bio
Michelle Bordachar joined Derechos Digitales in 2020 as a public policy analyst. Her work focuses on monitoring the development of events, public policy initiatives and regulations related to human rights and technology at the local level (Chile) and in Latin America. She is a lawyer and graduated from the University of Chile with a diploma in cybersecurity. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international law, investments, trade and arbitration from the University of Heidelberg and the University of Chile.
