Bio
Debora L. VanNijnatten is a professor in the Department of Political Science and North American Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and director of the master’s program in international public policy at the BSIA. She is co-editor of Canadian Environmental Policy (Oxford, 2009). She has been a visiting Fulbright chair at Duke University and visiting associate professor at the University of Michigan, School of Natural Resources. She was academic advisor for the “Emergence of Cross-Border Regions” research project carried out by the Policy Research Initiative, Government of Canada (2004 –2006). She is a founding member of the North American Network for Climate Change Policy Cooperation.
