Daniel Porras is a career space lawyer who currently serves as corporate counsel and director of international, government and regulatory affairs at Rogue Space Systems. He formerly acted as the space security fellow at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research in Geneva, Switzerland, where he served the Conference on Disarmament, the official multilateral forum to negotiate disarmament and arms-control agreements. He was non-resident fellow at the European Space Policy Institute (Vienna, Austria) and the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi, India).
