Angela Huyue Zhang is an associate professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong. An expert in Chinese law, Angela has written extensively on Chinese regulatory issues. She is the author of Chinese Antitrust Exceptionalism: How the Rise of China Challenges Global Regulation (Oxford University Press, 2021). The book examines how Chinese exceptionalism, as manifested in the way China regulates and is regulated, is reshaping global antitrust regulation.
