CNN Debate on the Global Economy

CIGI Distinguished Fellow Thomas A. Bernes shares thoughts on the state of the global economy following the October 9th, 2014 CNN Debate on the Global Economy, which took place in Washington, D.C. He notes that the economy still faces a number of risks, with weak growth, particularly in the Eurozone. While central banks have carried the burden since the crisis, it is now time for politicians to step-up to drive reforms in product and labour markets, pensions, and infrastructure.
