From November 6 to 17, representatives from government, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and civil society met in Bonn, Germany, for the twenty-third session of the Conference of the Parties (COP23) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, with the goal of moving forward on the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
