Shifting demographics, rising debt, climate change impacts and rapid advancements in technologies are exerting unprecedented pressure on our systems and institutions. This event will bring together CIGI experts and Waterloo technology leaders to exchange views on the forces shaping the global landscape, their interface with technology, industry priorities and related implications for policy and governance. This is a timely discussion given that the management of rapidly evolving technologies is an explicit focus of Canada’s upcoming G7 presidency in 2025. Through expert-led discussion from a diverse cross-section of speakers, we will facilitate dialogue and develop foresight to help Canada thrive in this dynamic environment.

Note: This is a private event, but if you are interested in attending, please contact [email protected] to request an invitation.
